File Preview Pane Menu

The Preview menu commands are used for adding or updating files in the File object.

• Choose Insert, then choose:
  • Insert Picture: inserts an embedded picture
  • Insert OLE Object: inserts an OLE object
• Open: opens the file for editing
• Clear: deletes the file

Shows a preview of the embedded or linked external file, picture or OLE object. Double-click the preview to edit the file.
