View Options

The View options allow you to customize the window settings.

Save Window Position and Size

When selected, these options save the position and size of each window when it is closed. The next time you open the window it will appear at the same position and size. These settings are saved against the currently opened library, so will vary from one library to another.

Keep Main Library Window in Background

When selected, the Book Editor opens on top of the main window. If not selected, the windows behave independently.

Note: You must restart Author-it for a change in this setting to take effect.

Preview Pane Position

Sets the Preview Pane Position relative to the Library Explorer's Object List. Set the pane to display to the right of the object list, or below the object list.
