Working with a Book or Index Contents Outline

The Book and Index objects both use an "outliner" to display the contents in the Book, or the entries in the Index. This outliner displays the information in a hierarchical, expandable list that you'll be familiar with from Windows Explorer and from MS Word's Outline View.
