Experiences

The Experiences screen is used for defining the elements used to create the look and feel of the webpage.

• A Details sub tab is included in each experience tab and shows the experience name, the path to the experience folder on the web server, and the default template (used content is added to Website Manager if a template has not been assigned to the topic in Author-it before publishing).
• The Templates sub tab is used to add templates to an experience, reload templates that have been updated, or delete a template from an experience. You can also view the template by clicking on the template name. When the template is open you can view the placeholders and layout.
• The Placeholders tab stores the settings that tell Website Manager how to treat content and functionality used by the web pages.
