Deleting a Template

Templates can be deleted from an experience if they are no longer needed. When you delete a template you remove the link to the template used by the experience.

To Delete a Template from an Experience:

  1. Open the Experience screen.
  2. Choose the experience and choose the Templates sub tab.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the template name. You can choose more than one template.
  4. Choose Delete Template(s). A message is displayed checking you want to proceed.
  5. Choose Delete Template(s) to complete the action. The list is updated and a confirmation message is displayed.

Deleting a template associated to a page

Deleting a template associated to a page removes the link to the template for all pages associated to that template. You will need to assign a different template to any pages that have been affected.

Deleting a default template

Deleting a default template removes the link from the experience, the result is the website can no longer be viewed.
