Problem

I receive a message saying that too many invalid login attempts have been made.

Too many invalid login attempts, you have been locked out.

Solution

Use the following URL to unlock the admin area:

http://[domain]/awm/admin/index.php?unlock=[site name]

Where site name is the AWM_SITE_NAME as defined in the config.php file.

Note: The login is case sensitive

For example, if you need to unlock the default site use the following URL:

• http://[domain]/awm/admin/index.php?unlock=AWM Main Site

  -or-

• http://[domain]/awm/admin/index.php?unlock=AWM+Main+Site (where + is used to replace spaces)
