Opening a Book

Book's are opened from their home folder or from a search object list. Once you locate the book you have the option to open the book in the same browser window, or in a new browser window. The Book's contents are displayed in the Book Contents navigation pane.

Note: Sub-books cannot be opened from the Book Contents pane. The sub-book must be opened from its folder or from a search object list.

To Open a Book:

• Double-click on the book in the Object List to open it in the same window

  -or-

  Right-click on the book and choose Open

  -or-

  Right-click on the book and choose Open in a new window. A new browser window is opened displaying the Author-it Live Editor, and the book is displayed in the Book Contents navigation pane.
