The Serial Number has not Validated

If the serial number does not validate this could be caused by an incorrect serial number, or the serial number has already been allocated.

Correcting a Serial Number:

If an incorrect serial number has been added the following screen will display.

1. Enter the correct serial number and choose Login

   

Reassigning a Serial Number to Another Server:

When a serial number has already been assigned to another server the following screen will display giving you the option to transfer the serial number to the current server. This can happen when changes have been made to the server, for example if the server is moved or the IP address is changed.

1. To reassign the serial number to this server choose Reassign

   

2. Choose Login!
