Removing a Topic from the Book

Using the Author-it Live Editor, topics and objects can be removed from the Book's contents using the Remove option.

Note: When you remove a parent topic its child topics are removed from the book as well.

To Remove a Topic from the Book:

1. Open the book in the Book Contents pane.
2. Choose on the Book Contents Toolbar to unlock the contents for editing.
3. Right-click the topic in the Book Contents and choose Remove From Book from the shortcut menu.
4. Save the changes to the book.
