Viewing History Changes

The History pane is used to track changes made to the topic content. Each tab is divided into two areas comparing the topic before and after changes. The My Changes tab compares changes you make to the topic from the last save point to its current state (before saving the changes). The user tabs display changes made to a topic after saving, with each tab displaying the name of the user who made the changes.

To View the Topic's History:

1. Open the topic in the Editor and select to display the History tabs

   -or-

   Open a book in the Book Contents, right-click on a topic and choose Show Differences from the shortcut menu.

2. Select a History tab to load the topic changes.
