Object Lists

Folder contents and search results are displayed in an object list in the right pane of the Author-it Live interface.

The number of items displayed on each page in the object list is set in the General Library Options, and each user can configure Author-it Live to display 25, 50, 75, or 100 items per page. The Paging Toolbar provides several options for navigating through the object list.

In the object list the following details are shown for each object:

• The object's type (for example, Topic, Book, Style) - shown by the icon, which you'll become very familiar with
• The object's Description
• The template the object is based on
• The last time the object was modified
• Who last modified the object
• The object's unique ID number
• The Version of the object
• The object's Document Release State (identified by the assigned Release State color)
