Assigning Users and Approvers to a Task

Each task is assigned to a user, or group, to complete. To check the task has been completed an approver is also assigned. When the task is released it is added to the user's task list. When the user has completed the task it is returned to the approver's task list for checking.

To Assign Users and Approvers to a Task:

  1. Open the task, then choose the Task tab.

  2. Select a user or group from the User drop-down list.
  3. Select an approver from the Approver drop-down list.
  4. Choose OK to save the changes.
