Editing an Image

Occasionally you will need to update an existing File object. This can involve updating the image, or one of the values such as the template or the description. When an image needs updating use the Edit Image function.

To Update an Image:

1. Display the Edit Image dialog box by double-clicking on the image

   -or-

   Select the Image and choose from the Topic Toolbar.

2. Make the required changes to the File object.
3. Choose Update to save the changes.
