Support
The Support area provides installation and error logs, and the ability to delete the live website and settings created in the Content, Experiences, or Global Placeholders tabs in the review website.

- The Information tab automates the process of logging a support call with the Author-it Helpdesk. The information tab includes a log with details on the Author-it Website Manager installation, and error logs. The tab also includes a link to open a support call.
- The PHP tab provides information from the PHP server, and is used to debug problems with the installation.
- The Reset Site tab provides options for deleting the live website and settings used by the review website. enabling part, or all, of the website to be rebuilt if required.
