Adding a Custom Highlighting Band

Additional text fragment custom bands can be added for the fuzzy match in the Author-it Xtend user options tab. The band percentages range from 60 through to 100.

To Add a Fuzzy Match Custom Band:

1. In the main window choose the Author-it Button > Author-it Options > Author-it Xtend

   -or-

   In the Editor choose Edit > Xtend > Xtend Dialog Box Launcher.

2. Select Add in the Text Fragment Highlighting area. The Text Fragment Custom Band dialog box is displayed.
3. Type, or select, the Start and End percentages for the band.
4. Select the Color [...] button and choose a color from the color picker.

   

5. Choose OK to save the changes and close the window.
