File Object Web TabThe Web tab contains properties that define how each File object will be inserted into the HTML pages. These properties define things like the type of file, the file itself, its size and spacing, special options for graphics, and even a set of special options for AVI video files.
Source File TypeType of source file to be used in your HTML outputs. Other options may enable or disable when you choose a file type, as some properties are not applicable to some file types. The types available are:
DirectoryDirectory containing the source file. This property supports relative folders. This property is ignored if you are using an embedded file. FilenameName of the source file. This file must be of the Source Type and it must be in the specified Directory. If you use the embedded picture it will be saved with this filename using the extension of the embedded file type or the output format specified. Any path or extension specified will be ignored. If you do not specify a filename then the Object Code will be used. Output FormatOutput file format of the external file used in your HTML document outputs. "(source format)" uses the file format specified in the Source Type. File Alternate TextDefines the text that will appear in HTML pages while the image file is loading, or as an alternate to the image if it cannot be displayed for whatever reason. This property is automatically populated from the Description when you first create the object. |
