Import Release State Not Saved When Upgrading to Author-it 5.0

Problem:

The "Import Release State" in Author-itAdministrator's Localization Manager Settings is not carried over when an Author-it V4 library is upgraded to Author-it 5.0. When the library is upgraded release state is set to "(don't change)".

Workaround:

After upgrading, open Author-it Administrator and choose Settings > Localization Manager Settings.... Reapply the correct Import Release State.
