Batch Publishing Books Using the Console

Using the publishing console you can select and publish books as a batch.

Batch publishing involves the following steps:

• Selecting the profile(s)
• Selecting the book(s) and adding them to a batch
• Selecting the book(s) in the in the Pending tab and submitting the batch.

To Publish Books from the Console:

1. Choose Publishing on the navigation pane to open the Publishing Console.
2. Select the Publishing Profile for the output from the Profiles List. Any books that can be published using the chosen profile are displayed in the Book List.
3. Select the Books you want to publish from the Book List, then choose Add to Batch. A publishing job is created for the book and added to the All Jobs and Pending tabs in the Publish List.
