Author-it 5.0 Location

Look For

Publish To

[Main Window] Publish > Publish To > [choose the profile from the Print, Web, Help, or XML drop-down lists]

-or-

Right-click on book and choose Publish To > [choose a Publishing Profile]

-or-

Publish books using the options in the Publishing Console.

View Published

Right-click on book and choose View Published > [choose output]

-or-

Open the Publishing Console, select the profile and book, choose the Completed tab, then choose View Output.

In Batch...

Publish books using the options in the Publishing Console. Select a publishing profile, the book you want to publish, then choose Add to Batch.

Publishing Jobs...

View and submit publishing jobs in the Publishing Console.

Start Author-it Publisher

In the Publishing Console select a publishing profile, the book you want to publish, then choose Publish Now

-or-

Add the books you want to publish to the batch then choose Submit Batch.
