Book Editor Table Toolbar

Commands that were included in the Tables Toolbar in Author-it's Book Editor are now found under the Edit and Layout tabs.

Delete Column	Layout > Rows & Columns > Delete > Delete Column
Split Cell	Layout > Merge > Split Cells
Merge Cells	Layout > Merge > Merge Cells
Cell Background Color	Layout > Design > Shading [then choose required options from sub menu]
Cell Border Color	Layout > Design > Borders [then choose required options from sub menu]
