Setting the acrocheck Options

Author-it integrates with acrocheck to provide language, style, spelling, and grammar checking. If you have acrocheck installed, the acrocheck options enable you to set the language, text type, term bank, and error categories used for checking your topics. Select the options required for checking, then save the changes.

• Language - select the language used in the library from the drop-down list.
• Text Type - select the appropriate writing style for the type of document you are checking.
• Settings - lets you choose the error types to check against, including style, spelling, grammar, and terminology rules.
• Term Bank - the term bank contains the list of terms approved for use, and terms that should not be used.
• acrocheck Proxy - links to the server where acrocheck has been installed. Select Test Proxy to ensure the link is correct and Author-it can communicate with acrocheck.
