Creating File Objects Offline

When creating file objects in your offline library, it is recommended that you use embedded graphics rather than linked (referenced externally).

You can create file objects that link to graphics in the offline library, however, the process of checking them in again requires you to intervene to determine the location that they will be copied to. File objects using embedded graphics in do not require this step so the check in process is easier, faster, and less prone to mistakes.
