Advanced Search options enable you to refine your search using multiple criteria:

• Description: searches the library for objects with a description matching the search criteria (use wildcards if you do not know the exact wording used in the object's description, for example, *acme*)
• Folders: searches for objects in the selected folders. Choose [...] to select multiple folders, or select a folder from the folder pane to search an individual folder.
• In Book: searches for objects in the selected books. Choose [...] to select multiple books, or select an individual book from the drop-down list.
• In State: searches for objects in the selected release state. Choose [...] to select multiple release states, or select an individual release state from the drop-down list.
• Object Code: searches for objects with the specified object code.
• Based On: searches for objects based on the selected template. Choose [...] to select multiple templates, or select an individual template from the drop-down list.
• Created: searches for objects created by the selected user. Choose [...] to select multiple users, or select an individual user from the drop-down list.
• Modified: searches for objects modified by the selected user. Choose [...] to select multiple users, or select an individual user from the drop-down list.
• All Modified items: includes all items in the library.
• Modified between: filters the search to include objects created or modified between the selected dates.
• Modified in previous: filters the search to include objects created or modified in the selected number of days or months.
• Reset button: clears the search criteria.
