Option to Remove Related Topic Group Disabled

Problem

Related Topic Groups that have previously been set, cannot be removed from a template as the Remove button is disabled.

Workaround

Adjust the properties of the groups under the Appearance tab so they don't appear in any output.

Known issue - scheduled for development.
