Translation Jobs Toolbar

Use the Translation Jobs toolbar to create new Translation Jobs, or work with existing Jobs.

This Button

Does this

 

Translation Export Wizard

Opens the Translation Export Wizard

 

Add Job Button

Creates a new Job

 

Copy Job button

Copies the selected Job

 

Export Job button

Exports the selected Job to XML

 

Import Job Button

Imports the XML of the selected Job

 

Import Draft Job button

Imports the XML of the selected Job in draft format. The content is updated but the objects remain locked.

 

Cancel Job button

Cancels the selected Job

 

Open XML folder button

Opens the folder containing the XML files

 

Zip and Email XML button

Starts an Email message attaching the zipped XML files

 

Job Properties button

Displays the properties of the selected Job

Functions available on this toolbar, are also available under the Translation Jobs menu.

Note: These buttons only become enabled as the Job moves through its variou stages and the option is available. For example, the Import Jobs button is disabled until the Job has been exported.
