Printing and Reproduction
The final presentation of the document is often what will decide whether people read it or not. If a document looks good, it is more likely that people will pick it up and use it. Author-it can help you create a good looking document, but that can be ruined by poor publishing.
Think about your readers (and your budget), and choose an appropriate method and quality of reproduction, physical size and packaging. A poorly photocopied document will all but destroy any efforts that have gone into making it look good. For better quality and still at an affordable price, consider using a photocopy machine that will take electronic originals as opposed to paper ones. For large numbers of copies, it is usually cheaper to use conventional printing processes.
