Word Template

The Word publishing template (Presentation.dot) is used for creating handouts for the presentation. The template has been set up to print the content from each slide and a footer adding the printing date and slide number.

Once you've published to Word, check the handouts in Print Preview, and when you're ready print the handouts - either one slide per page, or up to six slides per page if your printer allows multiple pages per sheet.

Note: As a general guide up to six slides per page ensures slides remain legible, but this may depend on the printer used.
