Default Values for Transition Variables

We suggest using the following default values when setting up the transition variables:

ItemTransitionStyles	Text	listbullet,listbullet2	A Comma separated list of paragraph styles used by the Item Transition variable. Paragraphs using these styles will be displayed one at a time. Important: Styles in the list should be separated with a comma only. Do not include any spaces in the list.
ItemTransitionTime	Text	2	The time (in seconds) an item is displayed before the next item appears.
PresentationAutoStart	List of values	True False Note: Make False the default value.	True: The presentation will begin with Auto Progression turned on. False: The presentation will begin with Auto Progression turned off.

The values in the SlideTansitionTime, ItemTransitionTime, and ItemTransitionStyles variables can be modified to suit your own presentations by changing the default value, or by assigning specific values at Topic or Book levels. Values can be assigned at Topic (slide) and Book (presentation) level. If no Variable value is assigned at the Topic or Book level, the default value is used.

Once the variables have been setup you will be ready to publish and view the sample presentation.
