The presentation won't open after publishing

Problem

The presentation book finishes publishing, but when I try to open it I get an error message saying the presentation could not be found.

Reason

The book doesn't contain a Presentation TOC object. The Presentation TOC object is needed to create the index.htm file containing the frameset instructions.

Solution

Add a Presentation TOC object to the book and republish.
